WINTA Coaching 2025

This year's WINTA Coaching, organised by the Swiss National Youth Council (SNYC), is a week of interactive workshops to empower 40 WINTA (Women, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans and Agender) individuals to claim their space and equip them with tools and strategies for sustainable change.

The programme will explore power dynamics, structural marginalisation, and the mechanisms that lead to exclusion. Together, we will analyse barriers to participation within organisations and develop strategies to create more inclusive environments. This gathering will also serve as a platform to build an international network of solidarity, expertise, and mutual support. No prior knowledge is required, but applicants must show clear motivation in the application form.

Who is SNYC? What about WOSWA and GSF?

SNYC

It promotes the interest of youth towards politics and the public, nationally and internationally. The focus topics for 2023-2026 are: Engaged youth, our future and inclusion.

WOSWA

GSF

The Global Student Forum (GSF) is the worldwide umbrella organization for the largest representative, independent, and democratic student and pupil unions. It promotes networking, solidarity, capacity building, advocacy, and shared values such as education, feminism, environmental justice, democracy, human rights, and global cooperation. GSF empowers students and strengthens their voices to advance education justice, social equality, and student rights around the world.
